1. About us
EWAcompany is a trading name of PPHU NONAME, a furniture workshop based in Poland specialising in handcrafted upholstered and wooden furniture, made to order and shipped across the European Union and beyond.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website at p6o9i2u5y8t1.site and any purchase made through it. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before purchasing.
2. Definitions
“We”, “us”, “our” refers to PPHU NONAME, trading as EWAcompany. “You”, “your” refers to any person using the website or placing an order. “Product” refers to any item available for purchase on our website. “Order” refers to a request to purchase one or more Products submitted through the website. “Custom Product” refers to any Product made to your individual specifications, measurements or personalised requirements, as indicated on the product page. “Business day” refers to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Poland.
3. Account and eligibility
3.1 You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
3.2 Creating an account is optional. You may check out as a guest. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide — including delivery address, contact details and payment information — is accurate and up to date.
4. Products
4.1 We take great care to present our Products accurately. However, colours and textures may vary slightly due to differences in screens, lighting and the natural characteristics of wood, fabric and leather. Such variations are not defects.
4.2 Product availability may change without notice. If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer an alternative or a full refund.
4.3 Products marked as “custom” or “made to your specifications” on the product page are produced individually for you and are subject to the exceptions described in section 9.
5. Ordering
5.1 Placing an order through the website constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract between you and us is formed only when we send you an order confirmation by email.
5.2 We reserve the right to decline any order — for example, if a pricing error has occurred, if the Product is no longer available, or if we are unable to verify your payment.
5.3 After placing your order, you will receive an acknowledgement email. This is not a confirmation of acceptance. The confirmation email that forms the contract will follow separately.
5.4 You may view your order history and status by logging into your account, or by contacting us directly.
6. Prices and payment
6.1 All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include VAT for customers within the European Union. For orders shipped outside the EU, prices are net of local import duties and taxes (see section 11).
6.2 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size, and are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
6.3 Full payment is required before production begins. For custom orders exceeding €2,000, we may request a 50% deposit at the time of ordering, with the balance due before dispatch.
6.4 We accept payment by credit and debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via Stripe, PayPal, WooCommerce Payments, and bank transfer for large orders.
6.5 We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. If a correction affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
7. Production and delivery
7.1 Most of our Products are handcrafted to order. Production times vary and are displayed on each product page. Current standard production time is approximately 4 weeks.
7.2 Production times are estimates and do not include shipping. We will notify you if a significant delay occurs.
7.3 Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched. Estimated transit times are 3–8 business days within the EU, and 5–12 business days for European countries outside the EU.
7.4 You will receive a dispatch confirmation with a tracking number by email. Tracking typically becomes active within 24 hours.
7.5 Risk passes to you at the moment of delivery. You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address. Additional costs resulting from failed delivery attempts caused by incorrect information will be charged to you.
8. International orders (non-EU)
8.1 Orders shipped outside the European Union are dispatched on a DAP (Delivered at Place) basis. This means all import duties, taxes, customs fees and handling charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices.
8.2 These charges are determined by your local customs authority and collected by the carrier. We cannot predict their amount.
8.3 By placing an order for delivery outside the EU, you accept responsibility for all such charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering.
9. Returns and right of withdrawal
9.1 Under EU consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.
9.2 The following Products are excluded from the right of withdrawal, as permitted by applicable law: Custom Products made to your individual specifications or measurements (as indicated on the product page), and items damaged through use after delivery.
9.3 To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at store@p6o9i2u5y8t1.site within 14 days of delivery with your order number. We will provide return instructions.
9.4 Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Depending on item size and destination, these typically range from €50 to €500. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
9.5 Items must be returned in their original condition and, where possible, in original packaging. Ship to: PPHU NONAME, Krajowa 165, 63-611 Mroczeń, Poland.
9.6 Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.

10. Warranty
10.1 All EWAcompany furniture is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects and material faults under normal use, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.
10.2 The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
10.3 To make a claim concerning a defective Product or a Product that does not conform to the contract, contact us at store@p6o9i2u5y8t1.site with photographs of the issue, a description and your proof of purchase.
10.4 If a Product is defective or does not conform to the contract, the remedies required by applicable consumer law, including repair or replacement where appropriate, will be provided without cost to the consumer. EWAcompany will cover the necessary costs of collection or return. Please contact us before arranging shipment so that an appropriate collection or return method can be agreed.
11. Liability
11.1 We are liable for damages caused intentionally or through gross negligence on our part without limitation.
11.2 For slight negligence, our liability is limited to foreseeable, typically occurring damages, and in any case does not exceed the value of the relevant order.
11.3 We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profit, or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
12. Intellectual property
12.1 All content on the website — including photographs, product designs, descriptions, logos and graphics — is the property of EWAcompany or used with permission, and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
12.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any content on the website without our prior written consent.
13. Privacy and data protection
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use and protect your information.
14. Dispute resolution
14.1 We aim to resolve any concerns directly. If you have a complaint, please contact us at store@p6o9i2u5y8t1.site and we will do our best to find a solution.
14.2 The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. If you have a complaint, please contact us first at store@p6o9i2u5y8t1.site. Information about consumer redress options in the European Union is available on the official European Commission website at https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights or your right to use a competent out-of-court dispute resolution body where applicable.
14.3 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the law of your country of residence.
15. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, material shortages, supplier failures, and transport disruptions.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always available on our website with the effective date shown above. Continued use of the website after changes are published constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we may notify you by email.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
