The Rocking Chair No. 5 — NUAGE is a spacious wingback chair designed for reading, relaxation and nursery interiors. Its tall, softly upholstered backrest, supportive seat and solid beech runners create a comfortable place for gentle everyday rocking.

Generous Wingback Comfort
NUAGE has a tall, softly contoured wingback that provides a sheltered and supportive seating position. Its generous proportions make it suitable for living rooms, reading corners, bedrooms and nursery interiors.
The seat height is approximately 46 cm. The usable seat area is approximately 48 × 54 cm, while the backrest height is approximately 75 cm.
This product includes the rocking chair on wooden runners only. A footstool, interchangeable legs and hybrid components are not included.
Construction
Supportive Upholstered Structure
The chair combines a stable internal furniture frame with resilient upholstery materials designed for comfortable everyday seating. Its upholstered body is supported by solid beech rocking runners.
The softly shaped seat and backrest are designed to provide balanced support while preserving the relaxed, cloud-like character of the NUAGE model.
As every chair is handmade, minor differences in dimensions, upholstery tension, stitching and the natural appearance of the timber may occur.

Catch Me Chenille
Soft and Durable Chenille Upholstery
Catch Me Chenille is a soft, tactile upholstery fabric made from 100% polyester. It has a weight of approximately 550 g/m² and exceeds 100,000 Martindale abrasion cycles.
The complete palette includes 27 colours, from CM-01 through CM-27. Screen settings, fabric pile direction and lighting conditions may affect colour appearance.
Order a Catch Me fabric sample before choosing the final upholstery colour.
Rocking Function
Gentle Everyday Movement
The curved solid beech runners provide controlled rocking movement on a suitable, level floor. The chair is intended for relaxed seated use, reading and gentle soothing movement.
Keep the rocking area free from furniture, walls and other obstacles. Floor-protection pads or a suitable rug may be used where necessary, provided they do not restrict safe movement.
The rocking mechanism should be used by one seated person at a time. Do not stand on the chair or use excessive force while rocking.
Natural Beech
Solid Beech Runners
The chair is supplied with solid beech runners in a Natural Beech finish. This light wood finish highlights the fine grain and warm natural character of beech timber.
Natural colour and grain variation are inherent features of solid wood. Individual components may therefore differ subtly from photographs and samples.
Care & Safety
Everyday Care
Remove upholstery dust regularly with a soft attachment. If a spill occurs, blot it promptly with a clean, absorbent cloth. Do not rub, soak the chenille or use bleach, solvents or aggressive cleaning products.
Wipe the wooden runners with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry them immediately. Avoid abrasive pads and strong household chemicals.
Keep hands, feet, children and pets clear of the moving runners. Keep the chair away from open flames, strong heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight. Do not sit on the wings or armrests.

Made to Order in Europe
Each NUAGE rocking chair is prepared to order in the selected Catch Me upholstery colour. Standard production time is approximately 2–4 weeks, followed by delivery time to the destination.
The chair is dispatched from Poland within the European Union. Deliveries within the EU do not require customs clearance. Orders outside the EU may be subject to local import duties, taxes or customs handling charges.
Large upholstered furniture requires suitable delivery access. Please confirm doorway, corridor, staircase and lift dimensions before ordering.
